TV Ontario - one of the commisioning broadcasters of The Polar Grail - requested a series for gradeschool children that would be broadcast concurrent to the Weber/Malakhov expedition. Working through a network of Ham Radio operators and using satellite images of the Polar ice flow and weather conditions we were able to produce a weekly program that documented the explorer's progress.

I was able to videtape school children asking the explorer's live questions about their progress and package the interviews with maps and forecasts for broadcast within 24 hours. It was an exciting three months!
